Student Information System - Certificate Verification Service

The recipient of a certificate issued by the Student Information System may compare the printed copy he received with the original stored in our file. There are two methods to view the original:

  1. by typing in the time-limited document code (valid only for specific duration -a month- from document issue)
  2. by scanning the QR code on the document (with no time limit)

For the 1st method, please type the time-limited code of the document you want to verify: eg. ABCDE-00000-12345-KLMNO. The service will return the original document if you use a valid code within the validity time limit. If the code has expired you should use the 2nd method by scanning the QR code which does not expire.

The operation will try to verify document based on the given document code. If document code is valid and has not been expired, you will be redirected to document's view.
Note: The time-limited document code can be used for a specific duration -a month- after the document is issued. If it has expired and the document has a QR code, you can use it to check its validity.
